Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to participate.
• You should consult with a healthcare provider before starting the program, especially if you have any existing medical conditions or are on medication.
• The program is suitable for individuals of various fitness levels, but modifications may be required based on personal health circumstances.
• We reserve the right to deny applicant who are undergoing medical weight removal, we do not want to discourage our participants with unfair advantages. However, every application on a case-by-case basis

Program Components

• Nutrition: The program may include meal plans, nutritional guidance, and recommended food choices to support inch loss and vitality.
• Exercise: You will be encouraged to engage in specific physical activities that may include cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility exercises.
• Lifestyle Guidance: Tips for improving sleep, stress management, and overall wellness will be shared throughout the program.
• Support: Access to online support, coaching sessions, or group meetings may be available as part of the program.
