  • These chemicals can disrupt the gut lining and microbiome, increasing immune activation and inflammation

5. Gluten and Other Common Immune Triggers (For Many People)

  • Wheat, and sometimes Tomatoes, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts and corn
  • These are not problems for everyone, but in sensitive individuals they can drive significant immune-mediated inflammation, especially in the gut

6. Excess Alcohol

  • Increases gut permeability
  • Stresses the liver and detox pathways
  • Promotes systemic inflammation and hormonal disruption
